2024 has been a year of big changes in which we have made some of the most landmark decisions in the group's long history.

One of the most significant strategic moves in 2024 was the sale of the K.W. Bruun Import A/S and K.W. Bruun NxT A/S divisions to the British automotive group Global Auto Holdings Limited. The transaction, completed on 2 December 2024, was the culmination of a comprehensive process in which we carefully considered the group's future prospects in a rapidly changing automotive industry characterised by increased consolidation and considerable need for investment. We are proud of the solid foundation that has been created – a foundation that can now be a launchpad for an international growth journey under the new owner.

We now look to the future with a focus on our core areas: an experience universe built around classic cars, investment in collectible classic cars, financial investments, and well-located residential rental properties.
